Shipping Information

At Corry Cycles, we work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We use Australia Post and reputable courier services for most parcels. Larger items such as bicycles, framesets and indoor smart bikes are transported using specialist freight providers to ensure they arrive safely.

Warehouse Stock

Some products listed on our website are held by Australian supplier warehouses rather than in our retail store.

Where this applies, the product page will clearly advise that the item is available to order from the supplier.

Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for these products to arrive at Corry Cycles before we inspect, prepare and dispatch them to you.

This additional handling allows us to:

• inspect the product before shipping
• ensure the correct item has been supplied
• package it safely for transport

Occasionally, selected products may be sent directly from the supplier to your nominated delivery address. If this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Flat Rate Freight

Parts, Clothing & Accessories

• Orders under $200 incur a $20 flat shipping fee.
• Orders of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Bicycle Freight

A flat shipping charge of $200 applies to complete bicycles delivered within:

• Queensland
• New South Wales
• Victoria
• Tasmania
• South Australia
• Australian Capital Territory

Framesets

Framesets are shipped throughout East Coast Australia for a flat $150 freight charge.

Western Australia & Northern Territory

Because freight costs vary significantly for oversized items, deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory are individually quoted.

Please contact Corry Cycles with the product you wish to purchase and your delivery postcode and we'll provide a competitive freight quotation.

Local Delivery

Customers located in Moranbah (4744) can choose our local delivery option during checkout.

• Flat delivery fee: $80
• Delivered via our local courier partner.

If you're purchasing multiple bicycles, please contact us before ordering so we can provide the most economical delivery option.

Click & Collect

Prefer to collect your order?

Click & Collect is available free of charge from our store.

Most in-stock orders are ready within approximately 4 business hours.

If your order contains warehouse-supplied products, we'll notify you as soon as they arrive and are ready for collection.

You'll receive an email confirming when your order is available.

Delivery Times

Our aim is to dispatch eligible orders within 24 hours during normal business days.

Actual delivery times will depend on:

• your location
• courier schedules
• supplier availability
• seasonal freight demand

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available.

Freight Insurance

For higher-value purchases, freight insurance is recommended.

Insurance is available on request and is particularly advisable for orders valued over $400.

If you would like your shipment insured, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Delivery Disclaimer

While Corry Cycles aims to dispatch all eligible orders within the advertised timeframes, these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, supplier availability, remote delivery locations and periods of high demand.

Once your order has been collected by the freight carrier, Corry Cycles cannot control transit times. We will, however, assist wherever possible by providing tracking information and helping to resolve any delivery issues with the carrier.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or a delay is expected, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the expected timeframe or the available alternatives.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. We recommend selecting freight insurance for higher-value purchases where available.
