The Bolzzen Phoenix 6026 is capable of operating in different speed configurations.
25KM/H LIMITED CONFIGURATION
Where supplied in a configuration that is limited by hardware or software so that it cannot exceed 25km/h under motor power, the scooter may meet Queensland's speed requirement for a Personal Mobility Device (PMD), subject to the scooter also meeting all other applicable Queensland requirements.
Public-use speed limits still apply. Riders must comply with the speed limit applying to the particular road, path or area they are riding in.
HIGH-SPEED / 75KM/H CONFIGURATION
PRIVATE PROPERTY USE ONLY
If configured so that the scooter is capable of exceeding 25km/h under motor power, including the high-performance configuration capable of approximately 65km/h, it does not qualify as a Personal Mobility Device for public use in Queensland.
The high-speed configuration must not be used on Queensland roads, footpaths, shared paths, bicycle paths or other public areas unless otherwise lawfully permitted.
Selecting a lower riding mode on an otherwise unrestricted scooter does not necessarily make the scooter compliant for public use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their scooter is used in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

E-mobility devices cannot be sold to anyone under 16 years of age in Queensland.
